By our machine and equipment, our customers can collect the used printing plates from printing press, and regenerate ( or called recycle or re-coating) the plates to almost the same like newly produced printing plates, which means these plates will be used in the printing press for another time, and even several times if regenerated several again. Of course the equipment can also be used to produce new plates which begins from the middle way of the procedure.

ink remove --> degrease --> correction -->

electrolytic --> anodize --> coating -->

drying --> checking --> packing

And also the clean /rinse procedure before and after each step.
