Producted by continuous lines with aluminum roll fed in.

- Work: positive
- Base: aluminum
- Production: by continuous feed-in lines of aluminum rolls, with electrolytic graining and anodizing.
- Standard thickness: 0.15mm, 0.25mm and 0.28mm (other none-standard thickness requires longer delivery time).
- Standard sizes readily available for Heidelberg, Roland, Solnar, Ryobi, Multilith , Gestetner, Man, Hamada, etc., and also can be cut into any sizes required by any customers and printing machines.
- Punching holes on the gripper side accepted in standard perforation style, such as pb-1, pb-2 or SL for many machines from Multilith and Ryobi to Brazilian CATU.
- Conforms to ISO 12635: 1996 or its equivalent version of Standard of China GB/T 17155-1997.
- Color of coating: green, turns to blue if exposed.
- Dots reproduction: at least 2% - 98%
- Exposure time: 50-60 seconds under 3,000W Iodine Gallium light at the distance of one meter.
- Development time: 20-30 seconds
- Print runs: above 100,000 impressions (may change accoriding to printing ink, paper and other factors)
- Negative printing plate also available on order basis.
- Accept producing the offset printing plates by the aluminum coil or sheets provided by the buyers and charge for the production only.
-Also re-generate (re-cycle) the used plates provided by the buyers.

Product Specification/Models
-Standard thickness: 0.15mm, 0.25mm and 0.28/0.30mm.
-Other thickness also acceptable 0.14mm - 0.50mm, but extra 60 days delivery time will be required due to we placing special order with the aluminum supplier.
-Sizes: cut to any size customers required.
-Standard sizes readily available for Heidelberg, Roland, Solnar, Man, Roraprint, Ryobi, Hamada,... and most other printing machines.

Application
Standar application of offset plate. Workable with most developers available in any local market.

Packing: Paper separate between each plate sheet. 50pcs (for big size plate) or 100 pcs (small sizes, 0.15mm thickness) in one box. Several boxes in one wooden case.
